is just 1 of the presenters here on SugaRadio. It is community space
for people to meet and collaborate. It is extraordinarily fun and
often life-changing. It typically leads to individual creativity and

ownership and whilst we are here to develop and administer the project
we want the community get involved. I'd like the people of our
district to feel they really do have a stake in the station. Community
Radio Suga Leamington Spa will be run for none financial profit
involving the community volunteers, for the benefit of that community.
Their main objectives are to give access to people in the community to
express their cultural, political and artistic voices and opinions and
to help them and the community as a whole develop socially, culturally
and educationally. What's the possibility of Leamington Spa being
granted FM license by Ofcom? Well pretty slim because the big
commercial stations rule the roost, but never the less I'm up for the
fight, and the more support we get from our town, better the chances.
You can get involved by volunteering, or by joining our presenter
training programme. Previous experience isn't necessary so if you are
